MicroEmacs 4.00 compiled for Atari ST

Compilation / patching done by Robert Roland <rob.roland@outlook.com>,

I had been looking for a proper MicroEmacs 4.00 binary for the Atari for
a while, and gave up and decided to compile one myself.

This was built on an emulated Atari STE under Hatari 2.2.1, with a US
TOS 2.06 ROM, with FPU/MMU disabled. I didn't add any extra compiler
flags or optimizations.

The resulting EMACS.PRG was compiled using Mark Williams C 3.05, and the
original distribution, along with the updated source files are present
in the src\ folder, along with the updated makefile in src\atari\makefile

No warranties expressed or implied on this, I hope it works out for you.
